Gutshof Klausenstein is embedded within the holiday region Nationalpark Hohe Tauern and lies on a sun-trapped plateau in Hollersbach. The Nationalpark Hohe Tauern is the largest national park in the Alps and one of Europe’s biggest nature reserves.

You are sitting on our balcony, breathing fresh mountain air and are enjoying the unique view on the peaks of the Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. Close your eyes and enjoy this wonderful feeling. Imagine the smell of freshly baked rolls and a cup of coffee … are you still on holiday, is there a smile in your face? Smiling is beneficial for our health and builds bridges to our vis-à-vis.
During your holiday, there is time, create your day to your heart’s content. When relaxing and exercising in nature, you can recharge your batteries. Regain the lust for life and spread vitality.
We want to share our little paradise with you, our Gutshof Klausenstein lies on a sunny plateau in Hollersbach. We are surrounded by fresh meadows and healthy forests. On our farm we produce organic milk. It is important for us that our cows are having enough space in the barn and that from spring to autumn they can graze on rich meadows at home and in the mountains. It is, amongst others, through this that we comply with the strict guidelines of Bio Austria.
When renovating our farm-house, we applied a lot of love and intuition to sustain traditional works of handicraft. In our two new deluxe apartments “Kitz Alpen Lodge” and “Panorma Lodge” each bedroom has a spacious bathroom. The use of natural materials like wood, stone and glass guarantee an atmosphere of well-being. The new Finnish sauna in Austrian pine completes the upgrade.
Hollersbach is a small village where you will find everything that you need. Our neighbouring farm has an organic shop. In the village centre you’ll find a little grocery shop, herb specialists and a wonderful herbal garden. Explore the nature trail along the creek into the Hollersbach valley or the bee nature trail which can be reached directly from our farm. We recommend the restaurantes, alpine and ski huts in our area. The bottom station of the Panoramabahn Kitzbühler Alpen is only 3 km from our farm. The idyllic little town Mittersill is only 10km away. As you may see, everything is prepared for an unforgettable, inspiring holiday.

Nationalpark Summer Card
Offers more than 60 attractions and a maximum of mobility in the time between May 01 and October 31.
On May 01, the season for the National Park Summer Card for your holiday in the holiday region Nationalpark Hohe Tauern becomes valid.
With this all-inclusive card, guest from participating partners enjoy more than 60 attractions such as sights, museums and natural sights free of charges as well as use leisure parks, sports centres and numerous lifts for free.
On top of this, the card offers a maximum of mobility. Public transport, amongst others, is free, so is the entry to the Erlebniswelt Großglockner Hochalpenstraße and the day ticket to the Gerlos Alpenstraße.

The National Park WinterCard enables many advantages at numerous attractions in the region. Enjoy the variety of favourite places and embark on your personal winter journey of discovery in the Hohe Tauern National Park.

Experienced national park rangers take you on winter and snowshoe hikes.
